How to rent a condo near Square One? (Mississauga, ON)

For a relative wanting to rent in that area. Dozens of high rise apartments/condos besides Sq1.

For apartments you can just walk to the rental office but these people prefer not to rent in an apt building for various reasons.
Many of the buildings are instead units owned by someone. We can look in Kijiji or Craigslist or check with a real estate agent.
Other than that are there specific websites advertising units for rent?

There is an ad stating their needs...

You definitely do not want to rent Absolute condos(as in your attached photo), I've heard too many horror stories from landlords and tenants alike.

Tell us more, we have been looking into condos in those buildings, perhaps links to stories or your own personal experiences.

Mostly property management issues, it's supposedly improved in the past year since they switched companies, but still not what you would expect from what they advertise to be a "high-end" condo.

You will find all the stories by a simple search.

You can also check realtor.ca...lots of rental condos listed there.

However, the Monroe buildings are mostly rental units and the tenants aren't the best...you may want to look at other buildings (there are countless to choose from there).

Try Circlapp and filter your search according to your budget. And also check their Neighbourhood Guide to choose best neighbourhood to live in Mississauga. Go to  circlapp.com search for the type and size of property you are looking for, and then sort by price.

Another vote to get an agent. They are compensated by landlord so it will be of no cost to your relatives.

As an ex-Absolute Condo resident, also advise against renting there.
